Poor Customer Service

We have never experienced such a bad travelling before, than what we have experienced on the 13th Dec 2018, Citiliner bus Coach No:2732 *We were suppose to depart @18:45 but there was no order at all we departed @08:30 instead, No explanation for delays * Bus driver's have no idea about Bloemfontein route,we got lost several times running around in circles like headless chickens to go in and out of Welkom and Bloemfontein pickups . * The bus is smelling like a pit hole, The whole bus stinks. Toilet is literally not working, Yet we paid R630.00. * We are so late, we suppose to arrive in Mthatha @10:00 AM but it seems like we gonna arrive there @13:00 PM because as I am typing this we are at Alwal North, Yet we had two stops since we left Gauteng Province.

So very dissapointed with the Company. They chase money and forget about their valued customers who have been supporting them for years. This bus is literally not suitable to transport human beings. It also does not deserve the price that we paid.
