Poor customer service

<p>I bought a bus ticket on the 11th on the 12th I hear on the news the busses are on strike. The coloured lady who helped me for a refund didn't even bother to check my ticket or give me proper information about the refund. She knew on the 11th that there was a possible strike but never bothered to inform me. The way they handled the situation with their manager was bad!!! I'm very dissatisfied about how you treat customers!!!</p>
