Poor Citiliner

<p>so i book the bus online , then they system then say somwthing more like "please be patient loading" , i am on the payment section.....then i decide to call them . Th lady promisses to call me as the sysytem is slow.....and ask me to drop. then i wait....i wait. And then decide to call and i got a different person and i was told the bus is fully booked . How can they do that ? i mean if their sysytem is slow, why did she allow me to drop..... i am sooooooo hurt and dissapointed. </p> <p> </p> <p>look i am your frequent bus user , like all the time and whenever the "agent" would say they will call me , they would actually call . I have never..... gobsmacked coz now the busses r full </p>
