Poor aircon for 24 hours in 30 something degrees!

I am on a bus from Cape Town to Durban. Firstly, it was an hour later but the biggest issue is that we are in a furnace on wheels. I have no idea why any bus with such a big name would neglect to fix something that basic in summer. Its ridiculously hot and we were told, only after asking, that there is something wrong with the air con. Majorly disappointed with Greyhound. 24 hours of cooking in this oven!!
