PLEASE DONT USE GREYHOUND/ELDOS- HORRIFYING SERVICE

Please never use this service. It's the worst customer service ever. I have been waiting for my refund for three months today. You cant reach the call center, because there is a loop that takes back from number one to last and back again . I finally got a response from a lady called Patience, who told me to resubmit all my docs again, which I did. She communicated until J****ry saying she sent my papers in, then she suddenly went quiet gor about a week in Jan. The resurfaced to tell me she is now on night shift and can't do anything. That was end of road for me. I have not received any responses to my email till then. I font know where else to go. I'm owed more than R2 000. I submitted my claim in November 2022
