****ED OFF COMMUTER

I specifically booked a dreamliner due to my back pain as it has comfortable seats. This was for 21:15 departure from Park Station to Durban Ref GJDD2115. It got delayed for over 45min. We departed over an hour later. And when it arrived it was NOT a dreamliner. Also tried to track the bud via the call centre called at 21:49 I have never interacted with a more rude call centre person in my life! That lady must not wrk there if she does not want to help your customers.
