What was supposed to be a 12:25, 02 October 2022 to 00:45, 03 October 2022 trip, in a Greyhound Premium... Is still not at the destination, 17+ hours later, in the most uncomfortable Citiliner couch, no air-conditioning, no communication... nothing! 👏🏾🙌🏾🚮🚮🚮 Rather stop operations please, because it's not working out guys.
