Pending Refund since June 2023

I have an outstanding refund from Greyhound since June 2023. I have called their Customer Care team who at first, referred me to their Call Centre and no one could help me! Then I was later referred to the team that deal with refunds and everything my line reaches to them, they hang up. A lady by the name of Robyn from Customer Care tried to help and plainly told me that the refunds team don't have a direct line and even they cannot get through to them. She has sent them emails (our email trails are too long and we haven't received a single response). I cancelled 2 tickets last June after calling their number *** and the person who answered it, instructed me to send an email (she gave me the email address to use) and request for my tickets to be cancelled - and I never received a response from Greyhound to this very day. Their service delivery has been poor and they need to refund me.
