Pathetic, unreliable, irresponsible Greyhound!

I have been using Greyhound for the last 13 years because they have been reliable, friendly and punctual.

I am extremely disappointed with Greyhound, in January this year I booked a ticket for my grandfather to travel home to Kimberley on the Dreamliner. I specifically chose the Dreamliner because he is disabled and I know that is the only liner that would be spacious enough to accommodate him. On departure at Park station a normal double decker bus arrives, I asked the staff if that was our bus and the response was I don't know! Turns out it was the bus, apart from the fact that the Dreamliner is more expensive than the normal bus they tried to sell it off as the real deal, but of course I knew it wouldn't accommodate my grandfather. My grandfather was left behind stranded because he couldn't get onto the bus as a result of his disability, I had to run around screaming at people, contacting the call center to try and assist. I received no help from the staff despite the fact that it was their mistake. I eventually managed to get him on the next bus 4 hours later, no empathy or apologies, we had to just wait at Park station. No complementary drink or anything was offered to apologize. Park Station is not safe at all incase Greyhound doesn't know! I was going to let the above go, but unfortunately due to what I just experienced I need to let Greyhound know that I am no longer going to use their services! My son was on the bus traveling from Durban via Kimberley, today 19th October 2018. I must just express how irresponsible Greyhound is to let one person travel from Durban to Johannesburg alone, no 2nd driver nor any stewardess on board! I received a message informing me that the bus would be delayed by 30min, arrival should be at 15.30pm,waiting at park station until 19.30 pm when the bus eventually arrives. I was worried sick, I couldn't reach my son nor did Greyhound send out communication! Gdkj1901 was the reference of the bus trip This is pathetic!!!!!
