Pathetic service with Greyhound liners

The service is absolutely appalling to say the least. Extremely delayed, no apologies, try and contact customer care only to be out on hold and then call gets disconnected. Bus breaks down 2x on the highway and passengers are then put into another bus. The vehicle does not seem roadworthy but thats a story for another day! Shut them down!
