Pathetic service on refund

I cancelled my bustickets on 13/12/17. I was told 5-7 working days. I was given reference numbers and sent an email to Mpho Mabotse. I was told on 4th of January 2018 that the refund was done on that moment. Today is the 8th and STILL NO MONEY!! every time you call, no one is ever available. The managers and supervisors are always on a call or out.
