Pathetic service on Harare-PTA-Joburg route

Pathetic service by Greyhound on the Harare-PTA route. We boarded a bus that was supposed to arrive in PTA at around 14:00 only to arrive after 18:00 as we had to change buses twice along the way. I am not sure what is going on, but this is not right. They are selling a story that there was a mechanical fault on the bus but this is not true as another friend recently. Not sure what this is about but they need to fix this. Or pull out. Or at least charge a fee thats commensurate with the appalling service.
