Pathetic Service / Half Refund

<p>I booked my seats for the Easter weekend and was affected by the strike. Greyhound now ONLY refunded me for one ticket not for my return ticket!!! I feel they must refund my going and return ticket. Because of them I couldn't go on my trip. How do they think I will be getting there if their busses didn't run??? I then booked both tickets with them.. So they must refund both tickets.. This is just so that they don't lose and still make money out of us poor souls. *******s!!!</p>
