Pathetic service from Citiliner, I do not recommend the bus service to anyone.Most inconsiderate staff I have ever come accross

Traveling tonight on a 7 pm bus or should I say so called '7pm bus' from Johannesburg to Estcourt, such pathetic service, we only left Johannesburg Park station at 7:40pm,the driver was so unfriendly and didn't even apologize for the delay leave alone introduce himself,,, is this the kind of service we're paying for? I FOR ONE WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE I HEAR OF, - USING THIS HORRIBLE BUS SERVICE-TO SAY THE LEAST.

Upon getting onto the bus I had asked the driver if I could utilide the front seats intending to explain that I am cluster phobic and he totally ignored the request, at that time the seats were vacant and the online booking system doesn't allow one to choose seats suited for their needs. I know that Greyhound has merged with Citiliner, Greyhound is such a well established brand-is this what they aim to provide customers with? EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES ON THEIR COACHES?!?

The aircon is also extremely boiling hot and I cannot emphasize that more, can't the drivers be more educated and considerate to maintain a regular temperature so that nobody is uncomfortable,I started experiencing short breath due to my condition of clusterphobia,, sitting in the 7th row and boiling hot spoke to the driver her said okay but didn't turn it off.

Horrible horrible service,! Worst ever!!
