Pathetic service

Greyhound/Citiliner/ Eldo coaches must just close down, their service is beyond pathetic. Theirs buses are never on time, I'm talking about over 2 hours late. As I type this we've been waiting for for a bus that was suppose to arrive 10:05 in Evander, it 13:55 now the bus is still not here and there is no communication, when you try calling their offices they're not picking up. Their buses are defective, aircons are not working, alarms are sounding the whole entire trip. Surely this kind of service should be *******.
