Pathetic service by Greyhound/Citiliner

Greyhound/Citiliner Bus service is as good as dead. They must just close shop because they will cause more harm to their name if they continue. I booked a bus to Johannesburg for Friday 2023-03-03. It was supposed to leave Newcastle at 11:40 but it only arrived at 14:30. We only arrived in Johannesburg at 19:45 instead of 16:30. To make matters worse the driver decided to drop us in the street instead of inside the station... In the dark! We were at the mercy of *********! Never again! I'd rather walk next time, even if it takes me 10 days to do so.
