Pathetic service at Greyhound

Greyhound is the most pathetic bus services around. My fiancee booked a bus to leave from pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg on the 3rd of May 2019. The bus was scheduled to leave at 22:55. When i called the offices they informed me that the bus will arive at 00:35 and the lady could not give me details as to why it was delayed. This was not communicated to their passengers. To make it worse the bus did not arrive at the time that i was informed which resulted in me calling again to be told the bus will arive at 00:55 This is not the first time that my family is experiencing theses issues with greyhound. It happened to my mum last month. Greyhound should actually close down. I will never recommend it to anyone. People actually pay a little more thinking that they will have a better experience but this is not the casw
