Pathetic service and hygiene

I am disgusted. Firstly, I had to sit in one position the entire journey due to the ****roaches walking everywhere!!!! Secondly, the bus was delayed for over 45 minutes at the half way stop. Thirdly, when we arrived at Park Station nobody informed us that we had to change buses to go to Midrand. I had to jump off the bus and ask the driver then I had to come back and inform the rest of the passengers. I will never ever recommend this bus to anybody and I am sure to make it known as to how unprofessional the company is.
