Pathetic service and heartless service

I'm really applaud the pathetic treatment and service received from Citiliner route from umtata to kokstad, where I was left stranded as a female at night at shell garage kokstad as per my ticket it was written Shell Kokstad, I called at 19h38 as i noticed that ive been waiting for long and I was advised it's late with 18 minutes ,I did highlight the station i was at and the agents asked for ticket reference and they kept on confirming the bus is late, they told me its the third party fault the bus doesn't come where i was.mistake ,I'm left cold in a garage as a female in a place I dont have a place to sleep and no one cared when I called the agents they did not give me options,Ispoke to three different agents and one agent gave me a name by Nelson Magudumele which did not care.Im really disappointed of the cruelty as I'm writing seating at the shell garage waiting for the morning to hitch hike to Pretoria .I left in the cold
