Pathetic service

Pathetic and bad service i had with Greyhond.I booked six tickets with Greyhond from Refilwe Mango's, she was so professional i felt like a Queen, on my departure day at 22:00 the guy who was packing our luggage in the trailer was throwing our bag ,i pleaded with him not to do that,he just looked at me,when i arrive at Durban indeed my bag was broken.
