Pathetic service

This company is exceptionally bad, they are taking 3 months to do a refund dropping the phone in your ear and very rude and impatient. Unfortunately this is unacceptable. Leesa Ban Staden the manager of refunds also dropped the phone after impatiently saying there's nothing we can do, they are very busy, saying refunds are done daily yet they only do it Tuesdays. Constantly requesting bank statements and personal info and not responding or getting back to us.

No response on complaints or anything, there's no way to get through to these people now Leesa is ignoring the calls.
