Pathetic service!

Good day

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding a very poor service you provided on the 14/05/2023.

I booked a sleepliner from Johannesburg to Durban for 22h00. Few minutes before 22h00 we were advised to board Eldo coach bus to transport us to another very poor standard bus from a difference company from what we paid for. Greyhound lady had to go back to the office to print passenger list and only came back in 30 minutes. No one gave us an explanation atleast, they all didn't know what was going on.

I have attached the photos of the bus. The bus has no toilet, small and cramped seats, no charging point, poor seat belt adjustment, not comfortable, noisy and vibrating.

I would like to get a refund as I was sitting uncomfortable the whole journey.

I'm so disappointed with your service as I trusted you. Even from Durban to Johannesburg on the 07/05/2023 we were moved by Eldo coache to south beach to board Greyhound. It was heavily raining, as we exchange the coucheso we got so wet.
