Pathetic Service

I am effUp. Your service sucks on so many levels. I booked tickets for 3 14yr olds to commute from Durban to Park Station on Sunday the 9th of October on the 10pm bus. After waiting for what seemed forerver we were told the bus is full and we were directed into a cityliner. I had to stand infront of the bus and fight like a maniac. Cops were later called and your driver was asked to produce a list which he said he didn't have. After a few exhcange of words the list emerged from Lord knows where and we were later told that the bus could take another 36 people. The 3 14yr olds made it to the bus after me makinh a spectacle of myself.

Your services sucks, your planning sucks, your drivers suck, your call centre customer service agents need to be trained. I don't know who your CEO is but he will be hearing from me. You guys are a disgrace and I will never spend my hard earned cash on any of your services. I am sharing this on all platforms. If you can't act right you have no business servicing people. Sies maan, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
