Pathetic service

Can I give less than one star please, we have been waiting more than 2 months for a refund and the complaints department aren't responding at all. Despite this string of bad services when calling the bookings department for assistance they are utterly rude and say you will just have to wait as we have a back lock of complaints. So heading to 3months of waiting to be helped for a refund. PLEASE rather use Intercape and not Greyhound.
