PATHETIC OF GREYHOUND! NO OXYGEN IN THE BUS AS AIR

On Tuesday the 12 April 2016 we had used the Greyhound bus departing from Durban we had purchased 3 tickets and as we left the station the weather was abit cool but as we continued the weather reached about 40 degrees in the bus and the air-cones were not on the bus was full to capacity leaving no space to breath eventually after the halfway stop the assistant / driver stopped for a few seconds and took off again upon that the air con came on for 10 seconds and went back off after an hour or two the assistant / driver came back up and tried opening the windows on the roof however it refused to open to which the driver said that the bus was really old! eventually my elderly mum could not breath anymore and almost had an attack it became to cluster-phobic and extremely hot! we had paid to get on that bus and expected for the bus to be in working conditions the tv in the bus did not work so the trip were even more terrible there was no hostess to tell us how long our stop at halfway was! it was pathetic the couch number was 2512 this bus was pathetic i would not be travelling with greyhound ever again and would certainly spread the word for others to never consider using it
