Pathetic greyhound services

Absolutely ridiculous. Greyhound is known to be the best coaches in the country to travel on but they are not. From Having rude people to deal with, refusal to print a ticket that was purchased online to waiting for over 30 minutes for the bus to come. Thereafter being made to swop buses over 3 times and still being 2 and half hours late. That is beyond ridiculous service!!!
