Pathetic Greyhound bus service

They actually deserves no stars but I couldn't write this review without giving them one. They're are never on time, constantly breaking down(I've been to 3 busses already), absolutely little or no communication while they're are busy sorting themselves out. We sat in Colesberg for over 11hrs without any communication from the company or any assistance as we had children, elders and people who were going to interviews or were going to connect with their transportation in the morning.

Thei service is pathetic let alone old busses... Golden Arrow has better busses than the one I took from East London to Cape Town.
