Pathetic Greyhound

I've taken Greyhound buses for many years and they've always been the best, but the service and state of the buses has decreased so badly I had to cancel my last ticket and request a refund. The buses are ALWAYS late, they are filthy and literally fully of ****roaches inside and there are no longer hostesses serving complimentary coffee/tea yet the ticket prices keep going up. Pathetic.
