Pathetic

This was the most pathetic service ever!!!!! On Thursday we booked a ticket from Bellville to Pta for my elderly parents. The were suppose to leave at 11h00 but the bus only arrived at 14h30. Then we thought this was maybe just a one time thing and we booked them a ticket for today (Sunday) to leave at 09h30 from Pretoria to Bellville CT. Needless to say this was even worse. My elderly parents was picked up in PTA with a Eldo bus and dropped off at JHB station and told to wait as the Bellville bus was delayed. In the end the bus only arrived at 15h30. We had to make numerous calls to try and allocate the bus and to find out at what time they were planning to pick up the people. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible service. Wish I could rate you 0 (zero) because there is no service
