Pathetic Disgusting Customer Service Ever.Dont ever book Grayhound,Eldo Coaches or CityLiner.They all fall under one management and is BAD

Since Grayhound Came back their service is very bad.I booked a ticket from Midrand Big bird port to Cape Town.According to the bus schedule the bus was leaving Big Bird port at 9h50 and was to arrive in Cape Town on Friday morning at 6h40am. I am very disappointed.The bus only arrived at Big bird port to pick us up to Johannesburg pack station at 12h00pm after I arrived at 09h20.I waited 2hours 40 min.Eventually it came and dump us at Jo'burg Park Station.We arrived at around 13h00 from that again we are still waiting for the bus up until now at 14h16.No one is communicating anything to us to tell us what is happening.We are just waiting like stupid people.I paid R1130.00 for my ticket and I have been waiting for about 5 hours now for the bus.

This service is totally unexpected.We are customers they have already taken our money and make us wait for more than 5 hours for the bus.It is really pathetic.

I am going to spread the word in all social media platforms so that people will know not to book or take this bus.

I am very disappointed, there is no valid reason or any other reason for this.

I even tried to call the customer care.And I spoke to a lady by the name of Robin,she says to me i should hold while she track where the bus is and when I hold she dropped the call.When I call again they didn't pick up my call, whenever I had to speak to the consultant they will push my call at the back of the que again.

What kind of a customer service is this.
