Pathetic customer service

Sitting in Pretoria terminal waiting for the bus that was meant to leave at 08:30 this morning.We receive an sms at 08:35 saying the bus is going to be late and no stipulation of time delay. The attendant at the terminal tells us that the bus is still in the workshop being inspected. Pathetic service
