Pathetic customer service

This company is pathetic. I app**** for a refund on the 29th of May and to this day I am still waiting for my money. They take a 20% cancellation fee despite the reason for my cancellation being out of my control, yet they couldn't be bothered to actually refund people their money in a timely manner. Don't use Greyhound, it would be easier to walk to Cape Town.
