Pathetic bus ride

Please tell me how is it that your bus from Jhb gets stuck in Beaufort West from after 10 am in the morning and you guys didn’t bother to send another one?! How is that our people who should’ve gotten home after 12 noon are still on the road?? Are you guys going to deliver them when they finally get to CPT??
