Pathetic and disrespsctful

Dam pathetic service. Seriously i booked a bus from jhb to pmb for 10:00pm sunday with greyhound and the bus only shows up at 2:00am the monday morning woth not even a word why they late or nothing and also they not using a greyhound buss they has to hire a bus. We stood outside in the cold weather with kids and infants young as 6months waiting for a bus that nobody wamted to help with and the people from eldo coatches wernt even helpful because all staff from the park station left everybody and only cleaners remained behind
