Pathetic

So I bought tickets for my elders going to Durban for holidays. They left Pretoria at 07h30 and up to now they still stuck at PARK STATION and no one is saying anything to them. The workers have even locked them inside and left people unattended. Is this how you treat people instead of giving service? What a. Way of giving you guys benefit of the doubt. The treatment and service is pathetic
