Passed the stop

<p>My younger sister traveled from Knysna on Sunday to Stellenbosch. The bus was on time to pick her up however at around 8:40 am when the bus stopped she got off at the Cape Town Cinty Centre station.</p> <p>Her booking was for Knysna to Stellenbosch and when we called your call centre all they could do was arrange transport for her back to Stellenbosch which would probably have been with the next bus out (we had already made transport arrangements for her).</p> <p>We were in an absolute state of panic and distress as we had no-one to call or anything until she got hold of her friends in Stellenbosch who's car also broke down along the way back. We will not make use of your services again because honestly her safety is much more important than her comfort while travelling. The driver that picked her up also acknowledged her drop off point however I'm not sure if it was the same driver that drove the entire journey. </p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway please fix this, we are not fami**** with Cape Town and are truly thankful that she is safe but things could honestly have been much worse.</p>
