park station

<p>I have driven with Greyhound before and its always recommended by my family as a five star coach, although when it comes to the communication and customer service that you get from the team in Park Station, Johannesburg it is utterly disgusting. Due to the service i received I was extremely tempted to go somewhere else. The nerve to tell you the bus is departing in a few minutes and then still send you from pillar to post, then you come back and hear that the bus has left and that you have to book for the next 1 or else in the morning. Yes i am young it does not mean that i should not receive the same service, as I myself also work in a customer service field being one of the management for Vodacom. I was not the only 1 as another family experienced a similar outcome yet he was held up by the security of this coach and in result they missed the bus. </p> <p>Not all of us will choose to remain loyal forever.</p> <p> </p> <p>For now il sit back and enjoy the ride.</p> <p> </p>
