Paid R416 for child on lap

I was told that my 2 year old son has to pay R416 because of his age and so he qualifies for his own seat. We were not provided with a seat because the bus was full but i was told to pay anyway else i would have to get off the bus and wait for the next. What bull?! I have never been so disgusted in my life. I require a refund pronto. ****************. I will never use this company again and i advise others to do the same. Never are you even told about the age restriction which should be 3 years like other bus lines. UNPROFESSIONAL!
