Overload

<p>3 weeks back I booked I used Greyhound bus 23:55depature pietermaritzbirg to jhb.... but near Heidelberg it went pass the weigh brigde which we were told there was an overload we had to wait for another bus to pick us up to shed the load. We waited 2 hours , finally the bus arrived and took 20 ppl of the bus. We were 2hours delayed affecting our transport arrangements in in jhb. Yesterday the very same thing happened the bus was overloaded. Last time it didn't have a.trailer and this time as well on top of that it was an hour late on arrival in pmb now we had an of having to wait 2 hours to wait for a bus to shed the overload. By luck 30minutes in waiting an Intercape bus on the weigh bridge offered to help by talking a few people to the Park Station.... we hopped on into Intercape 12 ppl in total. 2 were had stand because the bus was full. No apology as to why this bus is always overloaded. I got to Jhb at 8:00am instead of 6am. I have to take a meter taxi due to this mishap. Which cost me R250I need my refund. Its totally unacceptable to do this all the time. Why is the bus not pulling a trailer...... </p>
