Overbooking!

<p>Booked a ticket with Greyhound to travel from Klerksdorp to Beaufort West, with my 7 month old baby. Got an sms to say that we will be travelling by megacoach, when the bus got there, 40 minutes late, it was fully packed with no space for my baby's carrier seat to even go on. The megacoach was sub standard to Greyhound busses. I phoned Greyhound to inform them that I am not willing to travel with the megacoach and would like to be refunded or transfered to another bus, the guy I spoke to said to phone in the morning before 10am so I could speak to the manager. Phoned at 7:00 just to be told that I need to write a complaint as there is no manager on a weekend and that it is Greyhound's policy to use another bus when they are booked, the store where I bought the ticket should have explained this. No one explained anything so I'm going back to the store today to holefully get another ticket!</p>
