On going unsettled refund

I submitted a refund on trip that i canceled on time on the 08/06/2026 their policy says they will pay after 21 days. Today is the 15/09/2026 still no luck i sent all the documents i called finally spoke to Myron Chetty that now i cannot reach on email. Its so frustrating sometimes they are offline and iam about to loose hope.
