Old buses, high prices

I am currently in an old Greyhound bus, sitting in an uncomfortable sit and its soo stuffy nd hot nd it smells like pee. Greyhound has lost its standard shame. 7 hours of this torture. Their prices keep going up but no upgrades. Where are the charging ports, aircon, comfortable seats and the 5 star experience they promise u????? Never never again.
