OLD BUS,BROKEN SEATS

On 6TH January 2019 we travelled from CT-JHB on the 1pm bus.This was supposed to be the nr 1 bus service in SA but the bus was old and the seats broken.the driver stopped once just after we left CT for approx. 30min at a small Engen garage and thereafter only stopped for passengers embarking and disembarking. we drove 8 hrs straight before he eventually stopped again for approx. 20mins at another small Engen garage with dirty toilets. Despite there been TV's in the bus,these were never even switched on throughout the long journey.we travelled with no movie been played or even music. this was the most terrible journey ever and the driver was just focussed on getting to JHB on time,even calling himself Schumacher as he drove without any pit stops.there is absolutely no consideration for the customers and their comfort at all. Greyhound now operates like the minibus taxis,picks people up,drops people off.
