NON - REFUND FROM GREYHOUND

I made a booking in for the 18th of March, which was later cancelled by Greyhound. they have been sending me from pillar to post about my refund which I first requested on the 18 April 2023. no one is saying anything and if I do, they tell me that it has been approved and it will be paid in my account soon, I have heard more than 20 soons! I am very angry.
