no waitress and entertainment

I booked a bus from Vereeniging to Durban (and also a return bus to Vereeniging).<br> <br> on both occasion there was no waitress nor any entertainment on the bus. The reason I pay so much for a bus ticket is because Greyhound promises us that they will provide entertainment and refreshment. Now this did not happen, and I will like they have **** to me and cheated me. I could have book a cheaper bus and saved a lot of money if I knew that this was going to happen. It was like travelling on a city to city bus.<br> <br> I was annoyed when I saw their ad on tv promoting their services that I never got to experience. <br> <br> Stop laying to us.
