No show bus no help
Sitting at Park Station no bus, nobody to help a whole bus to say when the bus will arrive. Surely not booking with Greyhound again, standards have dropped so low. They should rather jus close down instead of letting people think still the great service they use to be. Shame what a pity.

16 Mar 2023, 09:29So eventually the bus pitches up 2 hours later, and along route the bus stops and lights goes back on. Infestation of ****roaches, no I'm not exaggerating. So, Saturday on the bus still I decided to cancel my return ticket. I had to request again for the form on Wednesday the 15th of March 2023. Lady is informing me that the ticket doesn't show cancelled on her side, whilst I have record of the call what is really going on at Greyhound, this is just the pits now. Just close your offices really, I think it's time.
