No refund received -over a month later

Booked a ticket on Computicket for a Citiliner bus - had to cancel the ticket about a month later as we had a funeral to attend. Called Greyhound on 24.09.2024; cancellation was confirmed; they deducted R100 from my refund and gave me an email address submit forms for the refund.

Email sent on the 24th; Greyhound responded with documents for me to fill in. Filled them in and submitted on 25.09.2024.

No refund has been paid out to date.

Sent two follow ups (13& 18 October 2024) to no avail.

They're now ignoring my emails.

Greyhound, just do the professional thing and respond. That's all service really is - communicate with your customers.
