No refund no communnication

I booked a return trip and had to cancel a few days before the return because I had made alternate plans. I made an effort to make sure I did my utmost to adhere to the rules to get my refund back. I have been waiting since january to get my refund back no calls or emails were responded to until kuveshni responded months later promising my issue would be sorted soon. I am still waiting for any response. I dont think if I can help it I will be using greyhound again EVER!!
