No refund

I booked a bus ticket for my daughter. They canceled the bus and said they have no other option. They refuse to refund me they, they are telling me to get refund in 2 to three months. I'm confused because I'm not the one who canceled the trip. They started by telling me to go and collect my refund in Eldo cauches office, I went there and they said they have nothing to do with Citiliner ticket refund.
