No investigation and claim not approved

On the 26.11.2019 around 4pm one of your Citiliner buses knocked into our stationary vehicle and drove off without even leaving his details with the car guard. Picture were sent however we received a response today the 05.12.2019 advising the claim was not approved on the basis the driver advised the car was parked incorrectly and no further investigations was done. When i questioned the consultant Thasnine Kelly she advised we can take the matter up further. She has no customer service what so ever and has a don't care a damn attitude. We have witnesses to the accident as our car was parked on the side parking close to the Protea hotel in Umhlanga and we went to have supper at a restaurant close by. If the car guard did not take the registration down your driver would have gotten away with it, such a shameless person with no morals to work for such a company. Matter will be taken up further.
